- Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds will be issued for digital product purchases unless it is otherwise specified. All purchases are final and will not be refunded.
- Content for courses, especially live courses, may become available at a date specified at purchase, which may be later than when you purchase the course. (For example, a live course launches in June, however, you purchased the course the month before.)
Channeled and Intuitive Readings and Other Services
- If you must reschedule or cancel, please do so via the scheduler you used to book. If you are having trouble with that, you can email [email protected] for assistance. It is requested you reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Refunds may not be given for cancelled appointments unless they were cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. There may be exceptions to this if my heart tells me otherwise given the circumstances.
- If I have to cancel or reschedule a channeled and intuitive reading, I will let you know ASAP. You will have the option to reschedule to a future day and time, or request a refund if you'd prefer. Oftentimes, a rescheduled service is to your benefit. For example, if I am sick or unwell, the service you would have otherwise received might not have been at its full potential compared to if I were to facilitate the service while fully well. For this reason, I may contact you to reschedule a channeled and intuitive reading, or other service.
- There will not be any refunds for completed channeled and intuitive readings, or for any other classes, bookings, or services that have been completed or otherwise fulfilled or delivered.
