Channeled Advice and Channeled Messages on the Week Ahead (October 12th through October 18th, 2025)

(These are channeled messages that came through for the upcoming week. These channeled messages are meant to be for those who will be reading this article.) 

1. Rest and don’t overwork. You come first.
   
   This is your brief reminder that you have to come first in your life. Well, you don’t have to, though things are going to work a lot more smoothly if you do. Even if you have dependents, if you’re in a good place, things are going to go so much better regarding you doing or facilitating anything for or regarding them. It’s sort of like money. If you have a lot of money, it’s easier for you to change others’ lives with money compared to if you don’t. If you’re in a good place, it’s easier for you to show up at your best.

2. Take Plenty of Timeouts this Week.
   
   Whether it’s breathers for stillness, sitting with coffee and staring at a wall for 15 minutes, or sitting out in nature for 5 to 20 minutes, taking time and space for yourself is going to be key for the realizations and epiphanies that need to come in. It can be meditation, though it doesn’t have to be. Just make sure you’re taking timeouts for yourself as required, and schedule them, or set an alarm on your phone for 2 to 3 times per day if you need to.
   
   If you have a busy schedule, these breaks can be short. Just remember that timeouts are going to lead to epiphanies you require.
   
   (For some of you, the way we could phrase this that it would land for you is, “Stop forcing things and doing, doing, doing, and sit and listen more so you can move forward with grace. Taking action can be more effective when it flows from clarity.”)

3. Avoid hot-headedness and ensure emotional regulation is in place.
   
   This isn’t a great week to explode on people. If you need to go to another room and breathe, do that. Do what you need to do for yourself. Communicating calmly is going to lead to best results. If anger is running the show too much, it’s probably not going to get you the results you’re looking for.

4. Lava. The burning away of the old.
   
   This week, and many weeks in this time period around this week, this whole month even, will see a big burning away of the old. That could mean you cutting cords, you leaving old patterns behind, you letting go of old frames of mind and/or perspectives, or you finally moving on from an old wound. In fact, it could mean many things. Just know a lot of the past timelines and patterning are being burned away so you can move forward to a greater future.
   
   
   
5. The Crown Chakra Opening of 2025 through 2027.
   
   Though this is a message on the week ahead, this month actually marks a huge beginning, for this crowd and many in the world, of crown chakra enhancement and super opening. What this means is that channeling, connection to Source, angels, and higher guides, (etc.), (fully and only for the highest good, just in case the worrywarts need to hear it), is opening in HUGE ways now through 2027. Many will be having huge epiphanies and life changing realizations. Awakening is required on the planet now more than ever, and while this can apply to a heart based way of living, it also applies to your connection to Source, your awareness and intuition, your knowing, and your super consciousness. Consciousness is required on the planet more than ever, and for those of you who’ve been working on becoming more conscious and aware, who’ve been working on opening your crown chakra (and higher etheric chakras), and channeling more, you’ve contributed to a mass movement of crown chakra awakening and opening that will cascade through the collective.
   
   We cannot promise every single person on Earth is going to wake up and channel in the next two years. However, what we can promise is that channeling is going to become more prominent on Earth, and connecting with Source is going to become easier as this progresses.
   
   No need to force your crown chakra open tomorrow if you’re newer to all of this. Just know that this is a huge direction things are moving on Earth right now. 
   
   
   
6. Ensure your physical body is taken care of.
   
   To expand a bit on what came through in number 1, we'd really like to harp on the importance of taking care of your physical body. They are such important vehicles this lifetime, and so many people on a spiritual journey try to bypass the requirements of their physical body to be more spiritual, or whatever. Your body requires your attention just as much as your spirituality, or you growing your consciousness and awareness, if you are to thrive. Your bodies, each respectively for those tuning in, are demanding more attention this week.
   
   Giving your body what it is asking for may very well expediate the expansion and growth of your spiritual connection and consciousness as well. Don't neglect your wonderful, beautiful bodies and all they require. They desire to gift to you and contribute to you, and if you give them what they ask for, they will gift back to you so, so, so much more, potentially to an exponential degree.
   
   Take care of your body, and it will take care of you to the Nth degree.
