Channeled Messages and Channeled Advice on the Week of January 4th through January 10th, 2026

(These are the channeled messages that came through for the week of January 4th through January 10th, 2026)

1 | Free will uprising.

Anywhere free will has been quashed for you, that is being removed. That is to say, teachings, energies, agendas, plans, etc., that would impede on free will are being eliminated. This may happen instantly for you, or over time.

You are meant to be sovereign beings on the planet. You are meant to be free. The second something impedes on your free will, it is actually a diminishing of the design for the planet, and, indeed, the Universe.

So, what does this have to do with you? Can you take a look at where you’re giving the power of your free will away to others? Can you take a look at where you’re giving your choice away, or saying you have no choice? Can you take a look at where you’re trying to overly control yourself or others to your or others’ detriment, such as through judgment, force, etc.?

This one might be a little bit confusing for you unless you look at it energetically, however, there is a big push from The Universe to bring free will about more strongly. You are meant to be creators, not slaves or servants. You are meant to create your reality, not have one forced upon you. So what will you choose?

We’d like to remind you that free will doesn’t mean “do whatever you want and everything will be ok”. It means you can choose whatever you’d like, regardless of what it will create. We still recommend awareness, consciousness, intuition, and consulting with your higher guides, (and or the angels, Source, etc.) when it comes to creating your living and reality, so that you can create the greatest and lightest results possible, if you would like.


2 | Dented energy becomes un-dented.

One of the themes for this week is that anywhere your energy fields or life force has become “dented”, it is becoming un-dented. This can be rather big and seem dramatic, or, for some, it will be very subtle. This can come about through a healing conversation, an energy healing session, a big realization that sets you on the highest and best possible path for you at this time, or any other means of healing.

Just know that where you have been dented, where you have been wounded, you are healing. The Universe would like healed people on the planet - healed incarnate beings. The Universe is done coddling people who make their wounds more important than being healed, or who value unhealed-ness over healed-ness. Where before it might have been easy to avoid your wounds, it will be harder to avoid them or pretend you don’t have them. This, ultimately, will lead to a more healed, and free, planet. This actually does not infringe upon your free will. It is simply a direction the energies are headed, and a direction consciousness and Source is attempting to get beings incarnate to choose towards, if they'd like.

3 | Own your reality.

One of the things we have noticed that The Universe is going to address soon is the concept of controlling a narrative to control or manipulate others’ realities and perception away from what is true for them. You could say, in some ways, that has been the entire reason for many narratives in society.

One of the best ways to create your own true reality is to get to, and become aware of, what is TRULY true for you ACCORDING TO YOUR KNOWING AND INTUITION. It does not matter what others believe, say, or do. It does not matter how sacred others attempt to convey their religion or beliefs are. If it is not true for you, it is a waste of your time. They are allowed to believe whatever they believe, however, that doesn’t have to control you. It is never on you to appease others’ beliefs or realities with what you yourself choose or believe. You don’t owe anyone anything.

So, when you allow yourself to become aware of and know, fully, what is true for you and what isn’t, it becomes far easier to choose what’s true for you, choose what you truly desire, and choose the life you’d like to live rather than attempt to live anothers’ reality, or attempt to live according to lies (which is always destructive.). Don’t live someone else’s truth. Live what’s true for you.


4 | Ease uprising. Will you choose it?

Here’s what we will say. We will not promise ALL of you ease, because some of you are not willing to choose it. (At least, not yet.) If that is you, it will be difficult to have ease until you are willing to choose, receive, and have it. For the rest of you, Source will be handing you every possibility it can for you to have ease. All you have to do is recognize it, be aware of it, and choose it. Source is extending many life rafts, many paths, many possibilities, and many choices for you to have ease. Choose as many of them as you can, and your life will improve drastically.

Does this mean following your intuition with everything? Yes. Following your intuition is the fastest way to choose what’s easy for you (in the best sense of the word easy). Working against your intuition is the fastest way to create difficulty and challenge for yourself, aside from simply buying the belief that struggle and/or difficulty are good, right, required, or necessary. So when we say ease uprising, you still have to choose it. You still have to receive it. You still have to allow it in. As we said earlier, your reality is up to you. Free will is rising. Will you make ease a part of your free will reality?

5 | The death, and end, of old contracts.

Many types of contracts that do not serve are falling away. The next two years are a powerful time to do away with any contract that does not serve you, including any soul contracts, agreements, agreements with others’ realities, or anything else that would cause your reality, living, and or thriving, (etc.), to be anything less than the best it can be.

For some of you, Akashic Records type work will be a great way to undo limiting soul contracts, or other things in your way. For others of you, other modalities, readers, energy healers, or types of sessions will be a great contribution to this in ways for your highest good.

The point is this. You don’t have to suffer or be limited any longer. We get some of you get upset when we say you don’t have to suffer, but you have to get that you are the one that creates your reality. You have to get you do not have to be a victim anymore. If you are not willing to see this or get this, you are likely going to struggle. As per free will, that is your choice. We do not say this to be cruel, however, we say it to contribute to things potentially being greater and lighter for you in the future, even if you do not like our words right now. Our agenda is not to get you to like us. Our “agenda” is to get more consciousness on the planet. (We do not really have an agenda, we simply wish to contribute more consciousness and light to the planet.)

Regardless of whether you like what we’ve said or not, what contracts are you ready to let go of? What contracts no longer serve you and your highest good? What agreements are ready to fall away?

We urge you to choose freedom and lightness for you. We urge you to choose your joy and happiness. We urge you to choose a greater and lighter future. However, of course, it is always your choice.
