Channeled Messages on the Week Ahead | 3/22/26 through 3/28/26

(These are the channeled messages that came through for the week of 3/22/26 through 3/28/26.)

1 | If something isn’t flowing, take a step back.

The human tendency can sometimes be to push when things don’t flow. If things don’t flow for you this week regarding any area, please, take a step back and ask the Universe more questions. There is usually a good reason things don’t flow, and if you continue to push, and push, and push when something doesn’t flow, you are completely ignoring what The Universe is attempting to tell you regarding that thing not flowing.

In summary, take a step back, ask more questions of The Universe, and sit with your intuition more if something isn’t flowing.

2 | Honoring you and your value.

There is a great movement by consciousness to move you, and many on the planet, towards owning your power, and your value. Not owning one’s value is something that causes a lot of suffering on the planet, as many will not allow themselves to have ease, joy, money, and abundance if they do not own their value, or do not do the work required to do so (if required). Are you ready to step out of your comfort zone? For you this might look like charging more money for your work, asking for more in general, not agreeing to mistreatment, and walking away from areas where you are not valued. (There’s no one way it has to look like. Those are just some examples.) Own your value this week (and going forward), and you will be one step (or many steps) closer to truly thriving and having a life you deserve and truly desire.

3 | Stop making others more important than you.

We realize we say this one a lot sometimes. One of the false projections on the planet is that spiritual people, healers, religious people, etc., are good people if they sacrifice themselves and make others more important than them. They will stay in relationships or other situations that limit them or that they don’t desire because they are afraid of making others feel bad, or because they’ve made others’ desires more important than their own. It is time to stop this nonsense. Limiting your life or self for others, even if it makes others temporarily feel good, is living a lie, and it never creates greater on the planet for anyone. If you catch this pattern, ask the Universe for help with changing it with ease on your end. You deserve better.

4 | Heartbreak regarding the world. Is it time to look for a different perspective?

It is very easy to judge what is going on in the world right now (at least for most of you who will be reading this). We recognize this is a tendency you have been very strongly trained into throughout your life, for most of you tuning in. Here is our suggestion: Ask the Universe to show you what is true regarding what is going on in the world right now. Ask the Universe to give you a perspective that is light and true for you. This will help to step you out of the story and narrative regarding what’s going on in the world, and instead, it will contribute to you having an easier time creating your life, as well as creating a greater planet and future. (And by the way, your choices create your future, and contribute to the future that shows up on the planet. If you’re willing to change your choices, you can change the future.) None of this is to say you are at fault for everything that’s going on in the world. It is simply to offer you the chance to ask for and receive something different and true, which will contribute to something different showing up.


 5 | Reevaluation energy rising in the next few months.

There is an energy of reevaluation rising on the planet due to the rapid change in energetics, consciousness, and vibration. As this is the case, many on the planet, including you reading this, will find themselves intuitively reevaluating every area of life. Do not cling to anything. Do not hold onto things that do not serve you. Simply follow what is light for you, and what your intuition says, regarding what to let go of, what to keep around, and what to move along to. Nothing need be stressful or hard about this. If something is no longer a vibrational match, it is no longer a vibrational match. Do not limit yourself regarding that notion in order to keep anything around, for if you “lose” anything in this process of elevation, a greater, higher vibrational upgrade will replace it. Do not fret about this process. Simply ask for ease with it. All of this can occur with joy and ease.
